How to book a meeting room:
To book a meeting room you will need to use our Google Calendars attached below, simply click on the room you would like to book below and add in your name, company name and the time frame you would like to book for.
Remember all bookings made must be hosted by a member and members must supervise their visitors. All visitors to meetings must sign in to visit the member and wait to be collected in the entrance area.

Access:
To gain access to Eva’s Garage you will need to download the Salto KS app, this will allow you access through the front door. You have access 24/7, but please ensure the entrance door is closed behind you outside business hours, and when you leave the site.
First in and Last out:
If you’re first in or last out you will need to either set or disarm the alarm, this is found to your left as you come in and on the right of your door to the ground level. The code is 1965, this will both set and disarm the door, you will not need to push anything after this.

Printer:
Our copier technician Nick from Canon, will liaise with you to set you up on the copier.
Please note he only visits on a Monday so please organise to meet with him at whichever site he is at otherwise you will need to meet him at your member site when he is scheduled to be there.
In the interim please follow the instructions on the copier. Please use Day Guest 0 log in and code 0030 if you do need to print, but save all documents as pdfs to a USB, the port is on the right of the copier machine. Instructions for use are on the top of the copier.
Wanting to hold an event:
If you’re wanting to host an event please get in contact with us via our phone/email so we can help.
Deck:
On Level 3 is a deck please feel free to pop out here anytime. If you’re the last in from the deck please lock the door behind you. There is no smoking on the deck.
At Eva’s Garage you have unlimited access too:
